Thanks for the tips. I used to have two swing thoughts. Today I'm only used only 1 swing thought it's work.
I'd played a lots better.

Thanks again.

Ever since you told me to walk tall (eyes at the level of the falgstick), it has really boosted my confidence on the course. I also feel much more in control of my bodylanguage, especially in matchplay. To focus on only one thing is difficult, but when I do manage to just see the target in my mind, as I'm taking the swing, it normally leads to a good result.

Thank you for reminding me of all these super mental tips!!

I watched your video about swing thoughts today, three days after shooting my best competition score, 10 over par with a then handicap of 16. Because I have been coming up out of my swing too early, my main thought for the round was to concentrate on the ball for each swing and also when putting, even to the extent of looking at where the ball had been. It was good to have just one thought for a change.

Thanks for confirming that I am on the right lines !

Thankyou for the advice......Coincidently I found that by looking at the trees as I'm walking towards my ball has had a positive effect on my game...Analysing it I think what it does is takes the focus away from the game itself which as we all know, to concentrate wholly on the round and what's happening is nigh on impossible to do for 18 holes. It keeps me in the present. After doing this in practice I have found that although aware I am having a good round, I do not know my exact position on my card. I find by doing this it takes the pressure away as the round comes to a close. My last 2 rounds I have scored poorly on the front 9 then have shot 2 under and 3 under gross on the back 9.....Just need to start as well as I finish..but I'm working on it..

Thanks again!!
