Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund by submitting timely notice within the first 60 days of the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that the member first opted to obtain the product.
To submit a refund request under guarantee within the first 60 days of purchase, please contact us by email.
Once refunded, your access to the programme will be suspended immediately.
After 60 days all sales are final and refund requests received after this time will not be processed.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Cancellation After 60 Days
Recurring billing products which are outside the 60 day refund period may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation will stop any future subscription / instalment payments from being charged, and your access to the product will expire at the end of paid up subscription period.
Please note that in the case of cancellation of an instalment plan before completion, you will lose access to material made available in previous instalments.
