Thank you for a great series.
Maintaining a positive mental attitude has really helped my game and my life in general. Also having the ability to switch concentration on and off is a real Godsend. So many aspects of our lives can be accomplished on auto-pilot, like walking, eating, drinking. Once a good habit is established in my swing, for example, I can rely on auto-pilot to handle that portion and I can concentrate on some other aspect, like the target, the ball or my breathing.
Thanks again,
Bob
